By using Shop4One, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Shop4One ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Shop4One provides a gift registry platform for individuals experiencing life transitions such as divorce, graduation, moving, or other major life events. Users can create wishlists and share them with friends and family who may wish to purchase gifts.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Shop4One is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post illegal, harmful, or misleading content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
5. Gifter terms
Gifters who visit a registry link do not need an account. Item reservations are soft holds lasting 24 hours and do not constitute a purchase. Shop4One does not facilitate payments; gifters purchase items directly from third-party retailers.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Shop4One. By uploading content, you grant Shop4One a limited, non-exclusive license to display that content to users you have authorized to view your registry.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users or the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
Shop4One is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shop4One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
