- Is Shop4One free?
- Yes. Creating a registry and sharing it is completely free. We may offer optional premium features in the future.
- Do gifters need to create an account?
- No. Anyone with your registry link can view it and soft-reserve items without signing up for anything.
- Does money go through Shop4One?
- No. Gifters buy items directly from the retailer of their choice. We just help coordinate so you get what you actually want.
- What is a soft reservation?
- When someone clicks “I’ll get this,” it’s marked as reserved for 24 hours. This prevents two people from buying the same thing. If they don’t complete the purchase, the reservation expires automatically.
- Can I have multiple registries?
- Yes. You can create separate registries for different occasions — a graduation registry and a new apartment registry, for example.
- What occasions does Shop4One support?
- Divorce, breakup, graduation, new apartment, downsizing, college, first home, thank you, birthday — or any custom occasion you choose.
